has live streaming and archived video of African wildlife.
SnagFilms
hosts documentary video, primarily from
National Geographic
. The video may be streamed for a classroom.

Google Earth version 5
has some new features which may be of interest to educators, including ocean exploration and a recorder for the creation of guided tours. I have not yet downloaded this version or tried these features, but this might be worth a look nonetheless.
