I came across this article this morning about widgets and their growing use. With RSS technology and widgets such as the ones mentioned in this article, more and more people are allowing the web to come to them instead of intentionally visiting sites on the web. This got me to thinking about whether we should be creating widgets for ministry? What if those of us connected with technology and ministry created widgets for our school and church sites or other ministry content? Does this have a place in our church's future with technology and ministry?
