Here are some things I've looked at today -- on a vacation day! First, I've looked at material from
the Internet Evangelism Day site. The purpose of this day and this site, as described by the
Web Evangelism Bulletin, is to
demonstrate
to the church that the Web is a powerful tool for outreach, and that
there are many ways to use it, even if you have no technical knowledge
at all. My head is spinning with all the different possibility for using the ideas found here for ministry.
A second site of interest was the
Internet World Stats.
There isn't a specific education connection to this site, other to
reinforce the international and multicultural nature of this tool for
communication, learning, and education.
Finally, I cam across
Online Conversion,
a website that performs mathematical conversions of such things as
liters to gallons, kilometers to miles, etc., all from one easy site.
This is sure to be useful to both teachers and students alike.
I might have more links to share later this week -- that is, if my head stops spinning long enough for me to type effectively!
