This editorial from Christian Computing Magazine really spoke to me. How often do we (myself included, unfortunately) become exasperated with technical support, expecting and demanding all our issues to be solved, only to become impatient and even hostile when they are not resolved in a timely manner? We had a great start to the school day today with our 8th and 3rd graders. As some of you may recall, I've had the 8th grade create a wiki on U.S. History this year, giving them the opportunity for reinforcement of the content and standards as well as providing a forum for practical collaboration.
