Tuesday we had our first Lutheran technology leaders online meeting, hosted by Perry Bresemann from the LCMS Department of School Ministry. This is yet another way for all of us to take advantage of existing technologies to better link and collaborate with one another as teachers in the larger Lutheran system. About 20 people participated at one time or another, sharing ideas about the possibility for gathering Lutheran technology leaders in conjunction with NECC in San Antonio in July. We also discussed the upcoming LEA Convocation and the pre-conference technology events sponsored by MTM. The group overwhelmingly decided that this type of virtual gathering has value and committed to meet again on Tuesday, April 15th at 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Watch this blog in days leading up to April 15th for more information about this meeting, including a direct link for your participation. Let me know if you have any further questions about Tuesday's meeting.
