My name is Dave Black and I'm the Director of Technology Integration and Interim Principal at Shepherd of the Hills Christian School in Centennial, CO.

I have a heart and passion for technology and for educational ministry for our Lord Jesus Christ.

This blog is a natural result of these unique interests. I have 22 years of teaching experience in Lutheran schools, the last nine at my current school.

I seek to use the talents that God has given me to enhance His Kingdom in new, exciting, and creative ways, utilizing the technology tools with which we have been blessed to enhance ministry for Christ.

I like music because we play recorders and lots of fun songs. I also like gym because we play fun games. At Salem I get a good education and the teachers are nice and help me when I need help. Lutheran schools week and that the teachers battle the 8th grade in volleyball and basketball.

Lutheran schools in the Nebraska District are observing National Lutheran Schools Week with schools across Synod the week of March 2-8, 2008. The theme this year is "Securing Each Child's Future.

The students also gather a special offering that week as an outreach activity. In the past, we have collected baby items for a local organization, food for local food pantries, and money to send to other charitable causes.
